The proposed changes to the bylaws were presented to the AGM in November, 2021 and were approved. Thus, the FCA is governed by the following constitution and bylaws:

Proposed amendments of 2021

The Falaise Community Association’s constitution and bylaws were updated in 2018 following a review of the previous constitution and bylaws prompted by changes made to the B.C. Societies Act in 2016. Since 2018, some areas for improvement have been suggested.

The proposed changes and rationale for those changes are shown here.

The Falaise Community Association is governed by the following constitution and bylaws:

The constitution was approved by members in June, 2018 and officially registered with the BC government in September, 2018.
