The 2018 AGM was held on Saturday, November 3 from 7 to 9 pm, in the Fireside Room at the Gateway Baptist Church.
The FCA President, Bob Lucy, prepared a PowerPoint presentation to guide the meeting.
The FCA constitution requires that the financial procedures of the organization be audited each year. After the Treasurer (Bob Lucy) presented his financial report, the key findings of the auditors (Glen Schoepp and Carl Ross) were presented. Both reports are given below.

In addition to the normal business, the AGM featured a guest speaker. Mike Meagher of the Garry Oak Preservation Society spoke about their efforts to preserve the Garry Oak ecosystems in Canada.
